We’re a fiercely independent micropress conjured from a love of the eerie, the enchanted, and the uncanny that specializes in dark fiction — we admire stories that haunt, wail, and have meaning etched in every shadow. Our primary focus lies in multi-author anthologies spanning genres such as horror, gothic fantasy, paranormal romance, folklore and speculative fiction, and we carry a soft spot for the strange, the sorrowful and the monstrous.
ECP was founded in 2025 by Alanna Robertson-Webb, whom you may be familiar with from her years as lead editor at Eerie River Publishing or through her 90+ published short stories. An anthology contributor herself, Alanna has pieces in collections from companies such as:

Eldritch Cat Press was born from her belief that every voice deserves a place in the world — especially those pushed to the margins. We proudly champion inclusive storytelling and welcome work from BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, disabled, neurodivergent, and other underrepresented writers. To us the best stories aren’t just entertaining, they should shift our perspective, disturb our comfort levels and dig up ancient fears that lay buried within us all.
Our mission is to craft beautifully curated collections that feel as magical as spellbooks: we want our tomes to be full of voices that might otherwise be lost, stories that thrum with emotion and ideas that remind us just how incredible the job of storytelling truly is.
